Location: Chesterfield / Chandlers Ford / Hybrid Working Pattern with UK based travel approx. once a month
Salary: £39,024
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

What does this role involve?As a Group Junior Sustainability Manager, you will support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives across the organisation
Day to day you will;
- Plan, coordinate and execute sustainability strategies and initiatives across the business;
- Stay ahead of industry trends by researching and analysing the latest sustainability best practices and initiatives;
- Collaborate with various departments across the Group to integrate sustainability initiatives into business operations;
- Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics;
- Prepare and present your findings to relevant stakeholders;
- Engage with internal & external stakeholders to build knowledge and foster a culture of sustainability;
- Identify climate related risks and opportunities for Luxion, and propose strategies that enhance resilience and drive value.
Who are we looking for?Your experience in a similar role will help you hit the ground running and contribute effectively from day one, to drive the cultural change needed to achieve our net zero goals.
Your inquisitive nature, effective communication and technical knowledge will enable you to have a solution focused approach to our group's goals.
A full UK driving licence is required, due to travel commitments to events and attending our offices to collaborate with internal stakeholders on site.
