Amazon Marketplace offers millions of Sellers the opportunity to build and grow their business using Amazon's reach and expertise. The Sustainability services group builds products and services that help Sellers comply with environmental laws in the EU and seamlessly keep selling on Amazon.
As the Senior Product Manager, Sustainability Services you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable growth of business on Amazons, while ensuring impact on business efficiency is reasonable.
You will work with key partners in business, public policy, compliance, legal and industry experts to:
(1) identify key obstacles faced by Amazon and Sellers in meeting compliance requirements today
(2) define simplified models and strategies that balance compliance and business cost and efficiency
(3) advocate and ensure adoption of these models and strategies by regulators.
You are the right person for this role if you are a strong communicator, self-starter and strategic problem solver, who is passionate about securing the right experience for customers and having a positive impact on the environment.
This role can be located in London or Luxembourg.

We are a new team in marketplace, born in 2018. We started our journey with a team of 15 individuals which has now grown to 300+ team members in 6 regions. We represent more than 9 job families and 25+ nationalities. Our core values are innovation, inclusion and building others. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience delivering cross functional projects
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in cost/benefit analysis of project proposals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree
- Previous experience in sustainability and/or regulatory policies and/or advocacy
