You will lead, coach, develop and manage a team of Debt Management Executives in maximising our cash flow position by ensuring our level of debt is kept to a minimum and within the agreed KPIs.
You will ensure that all customer contact and any customer queries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner within the agreed debt management policy and procedures and within the customers contracted agreed SLA's.
How will I spend my time in this role? - Adhere and ensure the team are working within the guidelines as set out in the Debt Policy, working with the Debt Manager to update as necessary.
- Manage a team of debt management executives to ensure that our debt targets are met whilst maintaining an excellent customer experience.
- Ensure the Debt Management Executives have a well-defined work load
- Support individual and team development through coaching, 1-2-1's and feedback
- Ensure skills/knowledge within the team are managed in line with the Training Pathway through 1-2-1's, coaching, side by side, classroom etc.
- Represent in all relevant internal & external Debt meeting
- Work closely with Customer Service Team Leaders, Sales Account Managers, Finance and the Billing team to ensure cash flow maximisation is achieved whilst maintaining our high level of Customer Service.
- Be an integral part of the team who lead on SmartestEnergy Business's customer strategy ensuring that our customer service remains industry leading.
