Summary:We are an established Facilities Management company focused on delivering high-quality hard services to our clients. As part of our team, you will contribute to driving energy efficiency improvements across various client buildings through data analysis, CAD drawings, and building performance assessments.
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Energy Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level professional who is passionate about building efficiency and has the technical skills to deliver innovative solutions. You will be responsible for developing energy reduction strategies by conducting site surveys, analysing CAD drawings, interrogating building performance data, and recommending improvements to optimize energy use.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement energy-saving strategies for client buildings through data analysis, site inspections, and building performance reviews.
- Review and analyse CAD drawings and BMS systems to identify energy optimization opportunities.
- Prepare detailed project proposals, including technical summaries, costings, projected energy savings, and payback periods.
- Produce Measurement & Verification (M&V) plans to validate energy savings and ensure accurate baseline calculations.
- Engage with clients, FM teams, and suppliers to drive energy efficiency initiatives and maintain strong working relationships.
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and reports to communicate progress and recommendations effectively.
- Support commercial negotiations and contribute to long-term planning of energy-focused activities.
What we're looking for:
- Degree in a technical field such as Building Services Engineering or Data Science (essential).
- Knowledge of HVAC Building Services, Energy/Carbon Compliance, and energy management best practices.
- Familiarity with BMS systems, CAD drawings, and building performance analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with ESOS, IPMVP methodologies, or Facilities Services & Operational Procedures (desirable).
- Professional memberships with CIBSE, Energy Institute, LCC, LCEA, or CMVP (desirable).
