Graduate Ecologist to join our growing team in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career ecologist to develop their skills within a dynamic consultancy, working on a diverse range of projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the ecology team in delivering projects across various sectors.
- Supporting ecological surveys, including:
- Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (PEA)/Phase 1 Habitat Surveys
- Protected species surveys (e.g., bats, great crested newts, badgers, birds)
- Compiling survey results into high-quality reports to support planning applications.
- Liaising with clients, statutory bodies, and stakeholders.
Essential Criteria:- Degree in Ecology, Zoology, or a related environmental discipline.
- Passion for ecology and conservation.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to develop professionally.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
Desirable Criteria:- Experience using Geographical Information Systems (GIS) software.
- Previous involvement in ecological and protected species surveys.
- Strong scientific writing abilities demonstrated through technical reports.
- Understanding of UK wildlife legislation, planning policy, and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) processes.
