What You'll Be Doing: - Collect refuse and recycling from homes, flats, schools, and businesses.
- Engage with residents to promote recycling and responsible waste management.
- Maintain high standards of time keeping, attendance, safety, efficiency, and customer care.
- Support the team with vehicle checks, reporting issues, and improving routes.
- Take part in training in areas such as health & safety, manual handling, and reverse assistant procedures.
