Working under the direction of the Offshore Manager, you will ensure the availability and reliability of wind turbines by rapidly diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and restoring operations.

You'll play an important role in: - responding rapidly to breakdowns of offshore wind turbines, offshore equipment & system failures. diagnosing faults and identifying root causes of breakdowns, using diagnostic tools and techniques t
- performing repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in line with operational procedures and safety standards
- actively participating in developing innovative and practical solutions to complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- ensuring all corrective maintenance tasks comply with Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR), HSE regulations, and internal company policies
- conducting risk assessments for each task and ensuring all team members follow correct procedures to maintain safety during offshore operations.
To succeed in the role, you: - have completed a full apprenticeship in control and instrumentation, mechanical or electrical engineering, ideally to HNC standard
- have proven experience in offshore maintenance or related roles, with expertise in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems
- possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions quickly
- demonstrate a positive and can-do attitude, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
- have knowledge of Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR) and offshore HSE standards
- can work effectively in high-pressure situations, maintaining a focus on safety and operational priorities
- have strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
