The Sustainability Data and Technology Programme is a bank wide programme to deliver a strategic solution for Environmental, Social and Governance data across Deutsche Bank. The Programme is part of the Sustainability Strategy Key Deliverable (KD).
You will be part of the Sustainability Technology Team, reporting into the Head of Product Management. You will be responsible for working closely with various group divisions to deliver complex end to end changes related to the sourcing, modelling, analysis and visualisation of Sustainability data. You will work closely with product managers on our core application, Eden, to deliver priority business requirements such as modelling the energy efficiency of the bank's collateral property portfolio.

Your key responsibilities- Responsibility for the implementation and documentation of the end-to-end delivery plan of the Eden Energy Efficiency programme workstreams, working in particular with Private Bank, Risk and Commercial Real Estate business leads
- Supporting tracking of milestones, dependencies and risks across business projects, incl. creation of status reports, implementation plans, resource demands, budget and other core project activities
- Supporting data and requirements analyses and preparation of reporting for the KD portfolio in conjunction with Product and Data teams and Business and Infrastructure stakeholders
- Acting as the key interface between the Programme governance and Sustainability Technology, and represent the workstreams in formal governance
- Developing and contributing ESG expertise to ensure the programme delivers in line with the Bank's sustainability strategy
Your skills and experience- Strong project, programme, and change management experience
- Experienced in supporting cross-functional technology deliveries in an Agile delivery framework
- Ability to deliver the highest level of quality even under time pressure, combined with strong analytical, conceptual problem-solving skills and excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Experience of managing business stakeholder relationships, attention to detail with great communication skills, verbal, listening and written a plus
- Strong interest in Environmental, Social and Governance / sustainability an advantage
- Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix organizations and with stakeholders in multiple locations
