This hybrid role combines site and office-based work with some travel and reports directly to the Operations Director. What's the role:
Manage a team of professionals concentrating on energy efficiency and machine health
Mange the delivery of machine fault investigations
Engage with customers at every level
Quote mandated energy efficiency driven solutions.
Lead the delivery of mandated energy efficiency solutions
Promote IWS to the wider industry with a special attention given to energy efficiency and machine health services
Participate in IWS & client Health & Safety initiatives.
What you'll need:
Have completed apprenticeship or is qualified to a minimum of a ONC/HNC level in an engineering discipline.
Extensive experience of compiling energy efficiency-based engineering proposals
Have proven record of delivering machine health investigations and preventative maintenance initiatives
Have proven record of identification, delivery and verification of energy savings within water industry
Have excellent understanding of pumping systems.
Be able to deliver high-quality documentation ensuring that they pay attention to detail.
Be familiar with a target driven work environment
