Tesla is seeking an ambitious Associate Account Manager to join our EMEA Megapack Sales Team in our London office.
As an Associate Account Manager, you will drive sales and growth of our Megapack solution by supporting Senior Account Managers through the full sales cycle.
Tesla's Megapack is an industry-leading battery energy storage system that supports many grid-scale applications. By strengthening our energy infrastructure with Megapack, we create a cleaner and more stable grid.

Responsibilities - Drive sales by supporting the Megapack Sales Team through the entire sales cycle from start to finish
- Manage early-stage sales by qualifying customer inquiries, collecting relevant information and coordinating with support teams to create custom proposals
- Assist in preparing tender responses with Tesla's Bid and Engineering Teams
- Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for Tesla's energy offerings, focusing on economic and policy drivers
Requirements - 2+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with experience in a commercial or customer facing role
- Knowledge of grid/utility markets, as well as renewable technologies, such as PV, wind and/or storage
- Ability to identify problems and provide pragmatic solutions. Quick learner, adaptable, and comfortable with change and ambiguity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with colleagues and customers
- Flexibility to travel up to 25%
