Duties
- Managing landscape work within the company
- Line Management duties
- Undertaking Landscape and Visual Assessment (LVAs)
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Providing landscape design advice relating to LVAs and LVIA
- Producing or aiding in the production of Landscape Plans
- Undertaking site visits and photography
- Liaising with clients, local authorities and statutory consultees
Essential Criteria
- Degree qualified in Landscape Architecture in the UK
- Proven technical ability
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of the LVA/LVIA process
- An excellent standard of written English
- Good knowledge and understanding of UK legislation.
- Experienced in GIS and other software packages such as sketchup
- An ability to work independently when necessary and meet tight deadlines under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail and working to the highest standards
- Full driving licence
- Must be flexible and willing to travel
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Own transport
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in a similar consultancy environment
- Chartered or on pathway to chartership
- LVA and LVIA experience
- Bid production
