We are seeking a new position of Recycling & Landfill Commercial Manager to join our Circular Economy team. Reporting to the Circular Economy General Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to generate sales for our landfill facilities and develop a market for recycled/secondary aggregates, while identifying opportunities to expand throughout our network.
Working Nationally across our existing and future operations you will play a key role in shaping our approach to Landfill, Recycling and the circular economy.

• Meet and exceed sales & margin budgets associated with your role
• Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them
• Work with the operations/environmental team to ensure compliance
• Identify partnership opportunities to support delivery of our goals
• Create meaningful and accurate management reports
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's national reach
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their need
• Procure/trade road plannings/RAP to support our Asphalt network.

• Strong Sales background ideally from the waste or aggregate sector

• The ability to build rapport quickly
• A full UK Driving Licence
