Senior Landscape Architect Location: Birmingham
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
We are representing a leading Landscape Architectural Practice based in Birmingham who are looking to expand their operations. This award winning Studio has a creative and agile approach to the projects they deliver, combined with a extensive variety of work including residential, educational, commercial, leisure, healthcare, retail, and public sector projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a talented Senior Landscape Architect to join their dynamic Birmingham team.
As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will bring your technical expertise to the delivery of high-quality landscape and public realm projects. You will take on a project management role, working independently and collaboratively within the wider team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in landscape design, design detail, and/or green infrastructure, and be eager to contribute to the firm's continued success and expansion.
Key Skills & Qualifications:- Degree or Postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture
- A passion for design, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a supportive team environment
- Proven experience managing large-scale landscape projects
- Strong technical skills and a track record of successful project delivery
- Excellent freehand drawing ability
- Proficiency in advanced software, including 3D design packages
- Exceptional communication and client liaison skills
- Experience writing reports and specifications
- Ambition to contribute to the growth and evolution of the studio
- In-depth knowledge of detailed design, planting schemes, and construction
- Ability to develop and innovate practical, creative solutions
