Job Title: Horticulturist (Seed and Wellbeing)
Location: RHS Garden Wisley
Salary: £26,435 - £27,923 per annum depending on experience/qualifications
Hours: 37.5/week (including some weekends)
Contract: Permanent
Overview of the Role:
At RHS Garden Wisley we are looking to recruit a horticulturist to join our supportive and friendly Seed and Wellbeing team which develops and maintains the beautiful Hilltop Wellbeing garden and oversees the running of the RHS Members' Seed Scheme. You should have a passion for horticulture and a good knowledge of the horticultural practices required for the cultivation of shrubs, herbaceous perennials and bulbs.
As a horticulturist at Wisley you will be responsible for the care, improvement, cultivation and maintenance of the Wellbeing garden and you will give guidance to apprentices and volunteers. You should also have the ability to lead or work as part of a team. In addition, you will support the work of the RHS Members' Seed Scheme.
