About the Role

Newstaff Employment is recruiting for a Recycling Yard Operative to join a busy and physically demanding recycling facility in Leighton Buzzard.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking for a hands-on, full-time role in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Leighton Buzzard

Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour + accrued holiday pay

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading materials into a baler.
Handling and moving heavy items around the yard.
Working efficiently in a busy and physically demanding environment.
Maintaining a clean and organised yard area.
Working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Requirements:

You must be physically fit, which involves lifting and manual handling.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Hardworking, reliable, and able to work independently..
